Two -way computer Aided Dispatch

With Mobile Data Terminals (MDTs), Ruggedised Portable Computers (RPCs) and wireless modems in their vehicles, fleet managers and their drivers in the field can take advantage of Two-way Computer Aided Dispatching to stay connected to dispatchers, supervisors, and each other while maintaining optimised scheduling and lowest time to destination / customers through advanced matching and dispatch algorithms. On-the-fly Route Planning Technology will allow Dynamic Route Planning Algorithms to be run remotely on the MDT or locally on the Intelligent Vehicle Location System (IVLS) sever to serve Portable Data Terminals (PDTs).

Silent Dispatch / Emergency Messaging

Improve driver and customer safety - customers can use KwikFleet's online system to send silent messages in an emergency situation, immediately alerting dispatch and all others logged onto the system that an emergency situation has arisen.

Improve Emergency / Crisis Management

The silent dispatch capability of the system allows cross-communication between dispatchers and vehicles without using voice. This leaves voice channels open for emergency communications.
