KwikFleet's Mobile Data Communication system (MDCS) offering utilises Wireless Data Applications Technology (WDAT) & Cellular Digital Packet Data Applications Technology (CDPDAT) based on TCP/IP and SIP open standards.This allows for secure and transparent communication between all users attached to the system - be they Call Takers, Call Dispatchers, Controllers, or Field Operators using their MDTs/PDTs. An Intelligent Reporting system is provided allowing for unlimited report design by operators. WDAT & CDPDAT are fully scalable and only limited to physical bandwidth and hardware as well as practical limitations.

WDAT & CDPDAT uses data authentication and encryption mechanisms which provide some of the highest levels of communication security.

By using this MDCS, WDAT & CDPDAT will allow any Field Operator/Driver with access to a MDT OR PDT to directly access any legacy database in real-time. The system allows multiple operators to be logged onto your communications system at the same time. This enables OTO (one-to-one) as well as OTM (one-to-many) communication. Critical Delivery information can be relayed to the company's back-end ERP system where correlation with inventory information will allow for True Supply Chain Management.
